All products sold by Herbal Karma are 'guaranteed' quality products. All our stocks are of fresh, superior quality and are 100% free of all chemicals & metallic salt compounds. Our shopping site is fully secure & we offer worldwide shipping Mon-Fri. Herbal Karma is one of the leading suppliers of natural alternative hair products within Europe.

Postage & Packing/Delivery

Our Company policy is to send your order as soon as possible. (However, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays or strikes by the postal services). We will despatch your goods within 2 working days upon receipt of your payment. Postage for all orders will be calculated/banded according to weight. (All prices are inclusive of postal insurance). We are sure that you will find our postal charges & services very reasonable.

UK Postage

Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail 'First Class Post/Standard Parcel Service' (1 -3 working days).

Europe Postage

Orders will be despatched by Airmail Small Packets (3-5 working days). Goods to the value of/ over the value of £39.00 or over 2kg in weight, will be divided up into more than one packet & despatched accordingly. OR (as requested) can also be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For or Parcel Force (3 -10 working days) & will require a signature upon delivery.

Worldwide Postage (outside of Europe)

Orders will be sent via Airmail Small Packets or Airmail/Recorded International Delivery (3-10 working days & will require a signature upon delivery) according to request. (Please make sure there is someone at home to receive the order, otherwise the packet will be returned to the UK & marked 'UNSIGNED FOR'. In this case, we will only be able to refund the cost of the goods & not third party postal costs.

Orders over 2kg in weight will be either divided up into more than one packet & sent via Airmail Small packets or by Royal Mail Parcel Force, according to customer's request.

Urgent orders/Courier Service

It is possible that urgent orders can be sent by courier, please contact us if you require this particular service & we will give you a quote.

Terms Of Business/Method of Payment

We accept payment via PayPal & accept all major international credit/debit cards. Our website payment system is fully secure and credit/debit card details are not held on any of our databases. We are now able to accept payment by post. We accept cheques or postal orders but please do not send cash in the post. Payments can be sent to: Herbal Karma, 2 Park Road, Camberley,Surrey GU15 2SR. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to 'Herbal Karma'

Security/Data Protection

Your details will not be sent onto other companies and only if you agree, we will e-mail you about specific offers. Your payment details are not retained on our files.

Refunds & Returns/Cancellation of Orders

We offer our Customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return them for an exchange/refund. (exl. p&p). Should you wish to return a product, please e-mail us first with the details of the item/s you are returning & the reason for return.. Upon receiving the returned goods, we shall then issue you a full refund (please consider ordering samples if you are a first time user). If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. As you can appreciate, orders are normally despatched the same working day as they are received. Therefore if we have already despatched your order & you still wish to cancel it for a refund, then you will be responsiible for return postal costs in returning the goods to us.

All discount codes are valid up until the date printed on the slip/email and are subject to change after the valid date has expired. Codes are redeemable against one order at a time only.
